What is you Cancellation Policy?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time. Any cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time will be entitled to a full refund. Same day cancellations and rescheduling will be charged 50% of their session fee. No shows will be charged 100% of their session fee.

Can I pre-pay for my energy healing session online?

Yes you can! When you go to the online booking page, you will be given the option to pay for your session at the time of booking.
How do I book a session?

You can book a session through the online booking form. Simply pick an available date and time and you will be guided through the booking process.
How much is shipping?

The Crowned Enchantress offers flat rate shipping in both Canada and the United States, as well as free shipping on orders over $100 in Canada. Canada Shipping: $18 flat rate/ Free on orders over $100 USA Shipping: $22 flate rate International Shipping: The Crowned Enchantress does not currently ship outside of Canada and the United States.
What is your refund policy?

The Crowned Enchantress accept refunds on unopened products. Your purchase will be refunded once the unopened product has been returned to me. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
