SHIPPING POLICY
The Crowned Enchantress ships to Canada and the United States.
Canada Shipping: $18 flat rate/ Free shipping on orders of at least $100
USA Shipping: $22 flat rate

All of my products are handcrafted by me in small batches. Please allow for 1-3 days processing time after you place your order for your items to be shipped. All packages are shipped with tracking.
RETURN POLICY
The Crowned Enchantress accepts refunds on unopened products. Your purchase will be refunded once the unopened product has been returned to me. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, a claim will be opened with Canada Post and replacement product will be sent to you based on the extent of the damage.
PAYMENT METHOD
The Crowned Enchantress takes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal, through PayPal payment processing. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through this payment processor.
